Ms. Eliane Alexio Lustosa, serves on the Board of ALL - América Latina Logística and is well-regarded for her extensive experience in the economic and financial fields in both the private and public sectors. Currently, she is also a partner with Triscorp Investimentos as well as a Board member of Gerdau Metalúrgica S.A, LOGZ Logística Brasil S.A., Agroenergia do Piauí S.A. and Fibria S.A. Previously, Ms. Lustosa served as Chief Financial Officer of LLX Logística S.A., Vice-President of Finance and Control of Grupo Abril S.A., Chief Financial and Administration Officer of Globex S.A., Director of Finance and Investment of Petros, and Director and Assistant Secretary of the Economic Law Department of the Ministry of Justice. She received a PhD in Finance and a master’s degree in Economics from the Pontíficia Universidade Católica of Rio de Janeiro (PUC/RJ) and has served as a professor in the Departments of Economics and International Relations at PUC/RJ.
